AT THE MOVIES, EP. 3 with @thevintageepicurean is saved in a highlight on my Instagram profile! Every Wednesday, me and a special guest will pick a movie to draw inspiration from and build an outfit. This week, I pitched a movie to Adrienne that I knew she would be perfect for: MARIE ANTOINETTE.
At first I was at a loss for what in my closet would work—I don’t own any corsets or hoop skirts! When I shifted gears and thought about modernizing Marie’s look to represent today’s style, I remembered I had the perfect dress. I received this Boden floral color-blocked midi dress and immediately felt modern Marie.
